It’s Monday, and I have a different kind of treat for you….one with no calories…sort of ;)

Fun Halloween Game for Kids!

This  treat will help you check one more thing off your list if you’re looking for a fun Halloween activity for kids.

It’s a great idea if you’re a homeroom parent and searching for an easy way to keep the kids busy during Fall Festival parties.

We made these cards up last year, and by “we”, I mean the same “we” who grew the butternut squash.

I gave my design input, of course, as I am wont to do, and it was patiently accepted, as it always is.  (To know me is to love me.)

Great Classroom Activity for Halloween or Fall Celebrations

I was looking for an activity for my son’s class and was researching free printables for bingo cards.

Every download I found had no more than 8 unique sheets and even less columns and rows.  This increased the probability of a high percentage of kids hitting bingo very frequently and at the same time.

20 Unique Halloween Bingo Cards

This might be preferable for some, irrelevant to most, but a bit chaotic for others.  I wanted more columns and more unique sheets for the group of kids I would be entertaining….. so we created our own.

25 Calling Cards

Once you print out your calling card sheets, just cut them up into individual calling cards so that you can mix them up and pick the cards randomly for each game.

Fun Edible Options for Bingo Playing Pieces

  • candy corn
  • popcorn
  • tiny pretzels
  • M and m’s
  • Skittles
  • Smarties

Bingo is always a fun game for all ages. For a classroom activity, I always had great success doing bingo while the kids were eating their snacks.

A good sit at your desk game helps manage the fact that kids eat at different rates. Some kids eat quickly and are ready to go and others just beginning to enjoy their treats.

The game kept everyone in their seats while keeping them engaged in something fun.

Hi! My high school friend, Chris, told me about your blog! Your Halloween bingo game is cute and I will use it with my first graders. That peanut butter cake looks heavenly too! Good luck. The blog looks great!

Hi Meenal! Thanks for stopping by to check things out. The bingo game is always a classic and fun way to entertain kids. As a homeroom parent, I like to use it while they're eating during their Fall Festival party in their classroom. Keeps them busy while they enjoy their treats before we get them up for more active games. Hope your class likes it as well! (And the peanut butter cake WAS heavenly! Thanks! :)
